We offer a full Money Back Guarantee on all our products, except our perishable, powdered or liquid products.
Products may be returned within 30 working days, in their original packaging. The cost of returning any products, unless proven faulty or damaged, must be paid for by the customer. All items must be returned undamaged (functionally and cosmetically) and in their original delivery packaging.
All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us for a 'Returns' Number. The customer must provide BioVibes with the following information:
1) The name of the product to be returned
2) The quantity
3) The Invoice number and a reason for the return.
The item/s being returned must be in their original packaging for a full product refund.
All delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
PROOF OF RETURN: Please accept that we are not responsible if the products that you return to us, do not reach us, for whatever reason. To be sure, we would recommend that you use a 'RECORDED DELIVERY' / 'SIGNED FOR' service.
WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED: If you receive items from us that differ from what you have ordered, then you must notify us as soon as possible using our online contact form.
Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product, provided it is in a fully re-saleable condition, within 7 days of purchasing the item. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.
If you find that your items are faulty or damaged on arrival, then you are entitled to a repair, replacement or a full refund. Please note that for some goods it may be disproportionately costly to repair, and so where this is the case, then we will give you a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us immediately, so that we can quickly rectify the situation for you.

NOTE: Refunds will be issued against the same credit card number that you used to pay for the original order.
